This is a fun game. If you had to split the WWE roster in two between two shows called Raw and Smackdown, but it happened in 1990, who would you put where?
Here's the WWE roster in 1990:
Andre The Giant Hulk Hogan The Ultimate Warrior Macho Man Randy Savage Jake The Snake Roberts Ravishing Rick Rude Mr. Perfect The Million Dollar Man Ted Dibiase The American Dream Dusty Rhodes Tito Santana Gregg The Hamer Valentine The Brooklyn Brawler Haku Hillbilly Jim The Genius The Honky Tonk Man Koko B Ware Rick Martel Dino Bravo Hacksaw Jim Duggan Bad News Brown Virgil The Warlord The Barbarian Ronnie garvin Superfly Jimmy Snuka Tugboat Earthquake Nikolia Volkoff Akio Sato Pat Tanaka Paul Diamond Black Bart Playboy Buddy Rose Crush Sgt. Slaughter Shane Douglas Herculese The Hart Foundation The Young Stallions Demolition The Twin Towers The Rockers The Bushwhackers The Legion Of Doom

I think it'd be more appropriate to split them between WWF Superstars and WWF Challenge.

Ok, so here's what we'll do. It'll be WWF Superstars and WWF Challenge, but they will be even shows with their own sperate world titles and tag titles, with evenly distributed main eventers and midcarders.
Ready........GO!

I can't imagine a brand split in 1990. It'd make for an interesting scenario for EWR, however.
That said, I'd have Warrior on both shows because he was being pushed as the next Hogan.

If I had any chance for a - JESUS ROCKY THAT IS THE BEST SIG EVER - brand split, I would do what I thought they did correctly for a while: Have the champ defend on both shows.

To make this realistic, like an actual WWE brand split, we need to split up some tag teams and give them new gimmicks.

I seem to remember Challenge being the "A" show in the later years. Is that true or am I nuts?

To make this realistic, like an actual WWE brand split, we need to split up some tag teams and give them new gimmicks. Yeah, that's true. Also, you could have other tag teams being made. The thing is, is that I always thought that tag teams should be a package deal, because even when they leave an organization in real life, It's usually together. Also, the brand split here is an opportunity to create new stars and elevate them when they wouldn't have beforehand.
