Type in f*** or smurf. And when I say smurf on the first one, I mean f*** up, f*** you, f***ed, or any other varieties of the word smurf. To clarify, do you type in f***, or simply type in smurf now as if you've become sterile? Should I even make a poll for this senselss poll?

I type the real word. I type f***.
I rarely read my own posts, so as long as I have the word f*** in front of me as I type, I feel somewhat ok about the filters.
Know what, I mean?

I don't know why the smurf you put a comma between what and I, but yeah I know what the smurf you mean.

Neither.
Occasionally I'll forget and type f*** (didn't type smurf intentionally) but most of the time I type f***.

If it's not going to show me saying the word f***, why have it replaced with a little blue creature prevalent in the 80's?
I like to display my f*** with f****** pride.
I respect the block cause it's offensive to most, but when it comes to using the word, the * is my choice.

I just let it turn into smurf automatically, it is only 4 buttons instead of 5 so I dont bother even though it will become f*** anyway.

Typed like that (first letter followed by *****), its not against the rules, any other way is. Anyway, when the filters were things like "luv" and "hug" I would type them out (sometimes still do) but, I mostly let the filters do the work. |

I thought that people selectively typed smurf so I did in turn.
I didn't know that it converts words like crap and smurf right into smurf.
Otherwise I usually don't swear.

I type the actual word, as I never know when the filters will change.
Plus, I have this idea in the back of my head that if I use it enough, eventually... the filter will fail and the awesomeness of swearing will still ring through on my posts.. overpowering the mods and causing them to all spontaneously combust.
