Had nothing else better to do, so tonight picked up The Three Stooges Collection Vol. 3: 40-42. May take some weeks before getting around to watch.

I just got back from Movie Gallery and I did the buy 2 get 2 free deal. I got: Harold & Kumar Escape From Guantanamo Bay (single disc version with the threatrical and unrated versions) Fool's Gold (I hear that Kate Hudson shows her ta tas in this one) 30 Days Of Night (its a vampire movie but it might be good I've heard good things about it) Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story (I hope this is good it was free so why not and at least Will Ferrell isn't the star of it) I can only vouch for the last one, so indeed, you will like it. (Or not, the movie watching contingent today is very fickle)

(Or not, the movie watching contingent today is very fickle) I watched Harold & Kumar Espace Form Guantanamo Bay last night and it was hillarious. Fool's Gold was OK it kind of reminded me of a 80s / early 90s movie and Kate did not show her ta tas unless I missed something. Plus I was amused by Kevin Hart playing a bad guy in a movie. Started watching some of 30 Days Of Night and I like what I have seen so far. I will proably watch Walk Hard this weekend.

Just watched OTIS last night. Great horror flick, and a really neat concept. Was nothing like the cover blurb suggests, though.
"JUNO for the horror set"? What the hell is that even supposed to mean? This movie wasn't anything like JUNO was. Not that THAT was what I was wanting, but still.
Makes me question who the person is who puts these blurbs on the cover, and what they were smoking when they put THAT one on there.

After re-watching the Bravo's 100 Scariest Movie Moments countdown (that was a fun little series wasn't it?) I think I'm going to go through and buy every movie from that countdown that I don't actually own.
So let's say my next purchase now is about to be either Audition or The Thing. Not sure how I don't own Thing already.

Damn Suncoast. It's in the mall literally down the street and everytime I go in the mall I always stop in.
Big mistake.
Today's haul wasn't TOO bad. Only bout $23 and some change. I bought:
The Last Dragon Planes, Trains & Automobiles (bout damn time I bought it) Street Fighter (the Sonny Chiba one, not the one that was supposed to be an adaptation of the video game)

Take that back - my last DVD purchase showed up in the mail today - a set of 600 public domain cartoons, which means I can finally get rid of the dozens of other discs I have with the same stuff on them. Two things Madison: 1. If that 600 cartoon disc doesn't contain horribly faded Looney Tunes (and since its probably Mill Creek it isn't), then its not legitimate. 2. You bought Rodman Down Under. Who feels ripped off now?
