The bar I got kicked out of burned down.

So, for those not in the know, I got kicked out of a bar a few months back.

I'd been going there with a couple of friends every week for like...two months straight. The owner dude seemed pretty nice and all, and we were always welcome

Well one night, we were all gonna go out, and I was gonna meet everyone there. I walk in, and Larry(the owner dude) signals me over to him, and tells me to get out.

I thought it was a joke so I just laughed it off, and he said he was serious. Absolutely serious. I asked him for a reason and he wouldn't give me one at all. I seriously just got in the f***ing bar and I'd done nothing wrong in there, ever, and he just decided to kick me out.

I texted everyone who was already in there and they talked to him about it, and apparently he's a gigantic homophobe, and isn't fond of crossdressers.

Now granted, it's his prerogative to kick me out of his own bar...but it makes me wonder why it took him 2 months to do it. And he was a total jerk about it.

In any case, I find out last night...it actually burned down. I haven't heard if there's anyone hurt, but I sincerely hope no one was. That would be awful...but I'm running on the assumption that no one was. I at least hope so.

I have no idea what happened or why it burned down, but uh...karma's a bitch.

Here's hoping he can find another source of income though. No one deserves to be out on the street. Not even jerks.

It's the two month thing that not only upsets me, but confuses me.

Yeah that one got blown out of the water pretty quickly. It totally doesn't make any sense as far as I can tell. Unless like, one of his patrons pressured him into it or something. I have no idea.

I didn't say that.

I said it was unfortunate, and that I hope he finds some other means of income. He's a jerk, but I didn't say he DESERVED it.

I just said it was pretty karmic, and there's some sort of justice there.

It does feel pretty nice, but that doesn't mean it's a great thing that it happened.
