I think this is fan made and not a real titantron. This song was the final track on the We Gotta Wrestle CD (Europe's version of The Music Volume 2). I may be wrong, but I don't remember this being used on TV.
On a related note, the vocalist sounds familiar. Did he do Billy Gunn's theme or something?

Actually, I am not sure he ever used this. It was on WWF The Music Volume 2. First he used a version sung by Sensational Sherri. When he went on his own, Michaels sang it himself. The theme you posted was made after Shawn recorded his version of it. I don't think that version was ever used on TV.
Edit: The second video is the version performed by Sherri. This was actually was before Shawn sung it himself.

I can tell you for fact that Shawn Michaels never, EVER used that song. That was some crappy remake featured on WWF The Music Volume 2. The only singles themes he used before his current one (which, by the way, debuted in 1993) were an instrumental piece called Rhapsody In Blue, and the Sherri-sung version of Sexy Boy. That video is nothing more than a custom titan tron set to the Volume 2 track.

Yeah, the first one you posted is the one used on WWF The Music Vol. 2 for...some reason, surely he wasn't using this around the time of that CD's release?

Am I missing something here or was the mullet still in fashion in 1994?

The first video is not an HBK used them or a titian tron. Its a custom because it starts from his pre and post D-X tron from Attitude and when he fist returned. Then a bunch of footage of 92 and 93 clips which was back before they had entrance videos. So just ask yourself why would the WWE used old footage of a current wrestler when they started using entrance videos and not recent stuff.
