So with Raw and Smackdown having Championship scrambles do you think ECW will have one as well?
If they do my pick would be Mark Henry vs. Matt Hardy vs. The Miz vs. John Morrison vs. Tommy Dreamer.

Sure, why not.
ECW is only good for one match per PPV so might as well have more than 2 people involved.

Mark Henry vs. Ricky Ortiz vs. Evan Bourne vs. Gavin Spears vs. Theodore Jameson (TJ Wilson, who I'm assuming will debut next week for no reason.)

Would be nice, but I doubt it. When Raw and Smackdown both had Elimination Chambers, ECW just sat back and watched.

I would like to see it contested under extreme rules if done.

ECW didn't have an Elimination Chamber, so I doubt they'll be having a Championship Scramble as well.

Have y'all read these rules for the Scramble? I'm so confused....
WWE announced the following rules for the Unforgiven 5-man Scramble match on the compnay's Fan Nation site:
* The match has a 20-minute time limit. The champion and a randomly selected challenger will start the match, with a new challenger entering the match every five minutes.
* If a Superstar scores a pinfall or submission on any other Superstar in the match, he is declared the "temporary" champion for match purposes (and is not officially recognized as champion in the title history). He holds that designation until another Superstar scores a subsequent pinfall or submission on any other Superstar.
* A superstar may lose the declared "temporary" championship in the event he is disqualified or counted out during the duration of the match. A superstar that has submitted, been pinned, disqualified or counted out will not be eliminated from the scramble and will be allowed to participate until the 20 minute time limit.
* An official has the authority to place a 2 or 5 minute penalty to any superstar who engages in an illegal act. (The use of any foreign object, outside interference, leaving the ring area, etc.) If a superstar receives more that two penalties during the duration of the contest they will be ejected from the championship scramble.

I'm surprised they're not using a penalty box.

Lol, that last rule sounds like something they used to have on World of Sport sometimes in order to maintain kayfabe when there was obvious cheating for all to see. That might just end up being one of those rules that never comes into effect - a bit like judges being used in case of a draw in TNA's early days.

I mean up for new match types but this sound confusing and pointless. And sounds like a bad match from WCW or TNA. I really hope it's as bad as it sounds so this could be inducted to the site.
