I know this is a little sad, but I'm about to take an exam in a couple hours, and I am running out of time. Is there any math wiz's out here on WC?
I'm just wondering, can anyone explain De Morgan's Law in simple terms. Every book and Website about this subject confuses me. Any help will be appreciated.

not (P and Q) = (not P) or (not Q) not (P or Q) = (not P) and (not Q)
Thats one easy thing to remember
