3 weeks ago, I went to Disney World on my Annual trip with my g/f. Anyhow. First dat went well. We stayed at the beautiful Beach Club Resort, a 2 minute walk to Epcot. We went on the usual rides, went to dinner in the UK, were home and in bed by 10 pm that night. Anyhow, next morning I wake up, slowly get out of bed and I have a BRUTAL pain in my neck. It dropped me to the floor initially. I couldnt move my neck to the left the entire day, it progressivly got better to the point that most movements have been ok.
So, since I've been home I've woken up a few times with pins and needles in my hands and the same neck pain. I still cant do an extremne next turn to the left without feeling the same pain. And yesterday for the first time in YEAR I had an awful migrane.

Yes. There's no reason not to go see a doctor.

i don't want to scare you but get the doctor to do an MS check, one of the men i look after has MS and similar problems with pains in joints, pins and needles etc but then again you probably just need a good massage

But everything seems to have gone in conjunction with whatever I did to my neck in Disney. It was a new bed, new pillows, I probably slept with my neck jarred awfully in one direction. Then I didnt do much to rest and keep it healthy.

I'm not even going to read the OP or the other post, if you have to ask if you need to see a doctor you probably do.

No. In fact the safest thing you can do is just ignore it and pretend it doesn't exist. Kind of like what I do with that homeless guy that's taken up residence in my kitchen. Uh, I mean what homeless guy? There's nothing in my kitchen but frozen burritos and phantom urine puddles.

Did you take a Viagra, and it got stuck in your throat? Seriously, what everyone else said. I'm not so worried about the neck pain, as I get that from sleeping wrong, but rather, the pins and needles feeling, and the migraines.

It might be a bad kink in your neck. But seriously see the doctor.

i wouldnt go see the docter... ive had the same pains... but i sleep weird and i know im just pulling a muscle in my neck and shoulder area... dont know if u have insurance or whatever but i wouldnt waste the money....have ur woman rub u down nice and relax... give it awhile and if it returns then maybe go see one but more than likely itll just be a pulled muscle and ull feel like a fool for going to the dr for it....

Hey guys, I just severed the tip off of my index finger. Should I go to the ER? I've really been thinking about it, but I just wanted your advice before I made any decisions.
