Were they originally going with Jeff & Lita as an item? I can't really remember? I think Matt was blaming Lita for some loses (getting in the way or whatever) and Jeff stood up for her. I think the angle was dropped pretty quickly.

Was this during Test's immunity gimmick? I remember him hitting on pretty much every woman he could backstage during that time since he couldn't be fired.

Is it just me or did it sound like Jeff called himself a woman?

I think the angle was dropped pretty quickly. Actually Matt was starting to get ticked off with Jeff because of his high risk moves (it started when the Hardyz lost to the Dudleyz in a cage at SSeries '01; Matt was outside, but Jeff decided to do a top-o-the-cage splash that he totally missed and thus cost them the match), and perhaps Lita siding more with Jeff than Matt. Matt & Jeff actually wrestled, I recall, on Raw - and Matt turned heel as he cheated to win. A week later, the feud was dropped when they both got beat up by the Undertaker and disappeared until Rumble 02, when they returned to beat up Taker in the Rumble match (leading to Maven's 1 and only great moment).

He diddd, "You like intimidating women so bad? Why don't you intimidate me" Yeah, I love the quick and subtle "in the ring" afterwards. I'd have marked had they not had a match, just Test trying to intimidate Hardy for 15 minutes.

You know, Jeff does like dressing up in colorful clothes, styles his hair with highlights and whatnot, and use to wear a lot of makeup.

They also had a singles match at Armageddon that year, IIRC. Pretty poor match-up if I recall.

The immunity gimmick, that was a true highlight in Tests otherwise bland career.

The immunity gimmick, that was a true highlight in Tests otherwise bland career. What did he even do with that gimmick? And how long into 2002 did that even last? (JR mentioned it at the 02 Rumble - I remember saying "Oh, so they didn't forget" - and then nothing for the rest of his WWE career)
