I'm kinda experiencing some DRAMA in real life (aka people taking crap waaay to seriously) so what are some things you do to calm yourself down?
for me it's listening to some spill podcasts because they go on forever and they're usually pretty funny.

I play Tetris. Seriously. I don't know why, but it relaxes me.

Smoke a cigarette or listen to music really loud. It can be really heavy, hard stuff, it still works.
And on the chance that I'm really going nuts, I just think about dying. It helps me breath easier.

Taking notes. I don't usually calm down until after I've destroyed something. Not very productive. Go on.

I generally start being incredibly verbally aggressive to people who don't know me well enough to not take it seriously. I worked at a UPS warehouse for over five years and I don't think I day went by without me calling my boss a douche and threatening to kill him.
I once threatened to pull him over the conveyor belt between us and stomp him through the grate we worked on like a magic play-doh factory.
Good times.
