I think it's time we had the talk about the birds and the bees. You see, This is a bird. Their distinguishing features are that they have beaks, two feet, are covered in feathers and have wings apposed to arms or front legs. While most birds can fly, there are some birds such as the ostrich, penguin and chicken that can't. These birds make up for it however with either their large size and high running speed, ability to swim and survive cold tempretures or their ability to have tasty meat and eggs. This is a bee. While they come in several types, the bee is a flying insect which is necesary in the reproduction of flowers. Living in hives, they collect pollen as a food source which can then be made into honey. This process allows the flowers to spread their reproductive cells with each other. The bee can defend itself with a stinger, however due to the shape of the stinger, a bee will often die after stinging another creature so leave this as a last resort. They serve under a larger queen bee and as such, most bee's are male. Not to be confused with the more aggresive non honey making wasps and hornets. Hope that clears things up for you.
