My firefox, for some unknown reason, keeps crashing on me. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, but it's the same thing. Anyone else having this problem?

No, but it's mimicking a problem I have with IE.

I have this problem on occasion as well. No idea how to solve it.

Is it just random crashing, or at specific intervals, or when you do something?
Like, I can't help you fix a problem if it's "It just crashes!" with no further info. What version of Firefox, what version of Windows (if it's Windows at all), all that good stuff.

Funny enough I had this exact same problem today. I restarted my computer and it was fine after.

It's the latest version, I'm on Vista Home Premium.

Any error message, or it just "stops responding"? Or does it literalyl open, then close with no messages?
Can always try a Ctrl+Alt+Del, go into task manager, click the "processes" tab, make sure you don't see firefox.exe running there - if you do, end process on it and try again.
(If that works, it's also why rebooting solved the problem for the other guy).

Firefox leaks memory, and it's a problem Mozilla has never fixed. The longer you keep the program open (over a period of days), the more and more and more memory the program takes up.
Well, maybe they fixed it in Firefox 2, but I don't know. All the 1.X versions have the problem.
