I remember WWA merging its titles with TNA's but I have just one question:
Sting was the last WWA champion. He lost the title in a unification match with National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) World Champion Jeff Jarrett on May 25, 2003 in Auckland, New Zealand.
I was just wondering in the history books does it show that the WWA title was unified with the NWA World title (since this was the NWA-TNA days) or does it show that it was unified with the TNA World title?

Probably NWA, theres no reason for TNA to acknowledge it as a part of their history. Especially since they consider Kurt Angle the first TNA World Champion.

and yet they call Sting a former TNA world champ? I may be wrong but I remember him being NWA champ prior to TNA breaking away and naming Kurt the first world champ?

Kurt won the first TNA Title at Slammiversary 07, Sting won it from Angle at Bound For Glory 07, Angle won it back from Sting on iMPACT, Joe won it from Angle at Lockdown 08.
