At least, I hope I did.
My wife & I are hosting Christmas dinner for the first time for my family & a friend of mine. So we decided we needed multiple deserts cause ya gotta have multiple deserts.
So I bought a box of Jell-o because there's always room for Jello-o. I took a cupcake pan & I put cupcake foil in it. Then I dropped in some chocolate chips & Cherry Jell-o.
And then I put some chocolate chips on top. When we go to serve them, I will spray on some whipped cream.
Thus, the birth of Jell-o Cupcakes.
I hope these were never done before as I like to think I made an original idea here!!!

Not to burst your bubble but it's been done. But I've been there, I thought I had a great original idea when I thought of Pineapple Upside Down Pie. Then I found 20 recipes for it online.

I'm still proud of myself, though!!! As I contributed to Christmas dinner...and tomorrow, I am going to make my mom's recipe of chopped liver!!! It's yucky, but I am being nice & making it for my dad...the only person I know who eats that crap.

I never knew there was a Jell-o desert. I know that there was a Jell-o dessert, though.

I never knew there was a Jell-o desert. I know that there was a Jell-o dessert, though. That'd be the Cosby Desert.

Yeah, coming up with new recipes is tricky. Still, I think I'm the only person who taco seasons hamburger, mixes it in pasta and then dumps szechuan sauce in it.
