Whats the appeal of bodybuilding? I cant really see the appeal of jacked-up guys in speedos posing over and over.

My ex roommate did, and does a little of it. And while I think its dumb, its really no dumber then me watching wrestling, since we're both getting different things out of it.

Whats the appeal of bodybuilding? I cant really see the appeal of jacked-up guys in speedos posing over and over. For those involved since an acquaintance of mine was/is: Pushing one's self to new frontiers, self discipline, increase in self confidence, competition/competitive streak and a new way to foster competition For viewers: friends, family, co-workers, other trainers looking for ideas/tips, gym owners, supplement suppliers/franchisers, the tanning bronzer industry magnates and last, but not least, a little beefcake for the people that enjoy that sort of thing be they male or female watching the speedo clad men.

I dont understand the appeal of it but I'm sure bodybuilders dont understand the appeal of sitting on your fat ass playing video games all day. To each his own.
