I didn't catch where this was from. It was sent to me via a friend on another message board:
Oh brother! You're only a decade late on the Rush Hour boat, Vince!

It's always good when they find something for the undercard wrestlers, however I thought the backstage skit was stupid.

To be fair, Vince is a really busy guy. If he isn't working, he's typically working out, by most accounts, so he doesn't really get out that much. Wonder how R-Truth is untouchable, and what that would mean, or why Michael Hayes would dislike the idea. Maybe it's due to Hayes's progressive attitude towards racial sensitivity.

Vince actually came up with one idea himself as he was walking around backstage a few weeks ago and happened to see R-Truth and Funaki talking together at catering. He thought they would make for a perfect "Rush Hour" type combination So does this mean he's heard of the Blair Witch Project?

Why do these reports always come out after the show airs on tv? It would seem the writer sees the show and makes up a story behind it.

I laughed a bit at the segment myself, at how random it was.

If Khali walks out dressed as King Kong I will mark.
For a second there, I thought you meant that Vince has become stuck in the mid-90's, and hence will resurrect the BABY BLUE SUIT! WHATAMANEUVER!

I don't understand how he would be stuck in the 90s with using Rush Hour. Many films and television shows have homages to to older movies.
Not only that, but Funaki has done nothing. He's a jobber, why not have him do something, and I hope it does continue for Funaki's sake.
It's also good to see R-Truth is somewhat protected, I mean, he went from being the uppity negro as Jarrett once called him, to being protected on Smackdown.

I like the idea, those wrestlemania goes Hollywood video packages were some of the funniest things WWE has ever done.

Maybe Vince will go way back in time and we'll be stuck with Citizen Kane

I can picture Vince noticing Funaki and R-Truth talking together at catering and just busting up laughing. And the whole thing is making me laugh too.
