I can't remember missing an episode of Superstars when I was a kid..this would have been out when I was around the age of 12.
I can't for the life of me remember this ever existing? Either way, its all kinds of lame.
Also, is that Michael Hayes singing?

I totally remember that. It was awful.
And I'm pretty sure that's Michael Hayes.

I just about remember it - seemed to fit its target audience of the day.

Ahhh, the good old days. Back when I couldn't watch Raw, and Superstars was the only WWF fix that I had.

I have no recollection of that at all. Must have been right before they cancelled Superstars.
That song, by the way, was horrible. I don't know who they were ripping off. "We Didn't Start the Fire" by Billy Joel or "Are You Ready For Some Football?" by Hank Williams Jr.

The 95 open is worse. They somehow rhymed "dangerous man"(for Psycho Sid) with "Englishman"(For Davey Boy Smith).

Ahh an intro song where the singer sings the names of the people on the show. This one is bad.
The very fact that there is more than one deceased wrestler in the clip makes it very depressing.

Does that sound like it says "Hunter Helmsey's BUTT is blue" to anyone else?

Does that sound like it says "Hunter Helmsey's BUTT is blue" to anyone else. "Blood" is blue. Also, the Superstars theme that came after this (sung by Chris Warren) was even worse. "SUPAHSTAWWWWWWWWWWW!!! THASS WHACHOO AWWWWWW!!! YEA YEA YEA!"

I remember that Superstars theme song! It was awesomely horrible.
The best thing about it was how they would have to change the lyrics everytime one of the guys in the song were fired or jumped to WCW. For example in this version, it starts with "Apparition Undertaker, Shawn Michaels Heartbreaker". I'm almost certain at one point before this, it was "Diesel's COol, Undertaker, Shawn Michaels Heartbreaker". It was funny because they seriously had to change the song every month it seemed.
