Have you heard of avast? It is a small antiviral program that is free. It was the program that finally disabled a couple of the nastiest files in the viruses that had infected my computer. It runs its initial scan during the boot-up process, which is good since it avoids the viruses since they have not started up at that point. It does not clear many malware files (it cleared only 10 off of mine), but it did a good enough job that it made it possible to run Malwarebytes, Norton, Ad-Aware, and Spybot. You could go to a public computer, download it onto a disc, and load it on your computer that way.

Make sure your scanning in Safe Mode, or else you're not really cleaning anything.

What caused the confusion? Huh? Malwarebytes is a program that you have to actively download, so unless it was part of your original bundle, how did you not know what it was?
