And thrash too.

I formally object to Skid Row being classified as a "hair metal" band.

Queensryche was more progressive metal, but they still had a sorta hair metal sound, and they were around at the same time. And they're awesome. Good enough excuse for me to appreciate their awesomeness.
Oh yeah, LANGUAGE WARNING AND T'ING.

Yeah, it really was.
Pretty much everything they did was great except for Hear in the Now Frontier. That was...less than stellar.

Revolution Calling is the song I start my workouts too. Operation: Mindcrime is my heavy lifting song. Queensryche fights laziness and obesity!!!

Yes yes, Queensryche are excellent, but they're hardly hair metal. Let's get into the real stuff, shall we? Dokken. Vain. Hanoi Rocks. Y&T. LA Guns. Yeeeeeeeeeeeeah.

BANG YOUR HEAD! METAL HEALTH WILL DRIVE YOU MAD!
...
I've had Metal Health stuck in my head since I saw The Wrestler (more precisely, since the opening credits of the movie) a couple of days ago). Great film and, quite possibly, the best soundtrack ever!

Wait a minute, can we make this a general 80s metal thread, cause I'd like to be able to talk about Def Leppard in this, and they're not hair metal, just somewhat glam metal.
