Yes, and I think its going to be because of a very hot and heated Orton/Cena feud

The first two booms (80's and Attitude era) were the results of pop culture phoenomenon. Like most things in pop history, it'll be hard to recreate it, especially nowadays when people's attention spans are so short. It may have peaks, but for another boom to take place, like the others before, it just will come down to just another "right place, right time" scenario.
P.S. Boom is a funny word.

Yes, and I think its going to be because of a very hot and heated Orton/Cena feud I think we've seen them face off several times already and I thought WWE did all they could to try and make it a heated feud and it didn't seem to get more viewers or bigger attendance figures.

A generic heel like Randy Orton will never help spur a boom period. Cena, if he was allowed to be edgy and entertaining like an Austin or Rock, probably could.

A generic heel like Randy Orton will never help spur a boom period. Cena, if he was allowed to be edgy and entertaining like an Austin or Rock, probably could. Orton is getting really good. He is becoming one of the greatest sinister heels of all time. The problem with Cena, is besides for Edge, he hasn't had that great adversary to push him to the next level. Thats why with the sick Orton, in order for Cena to beat someone like him, he will have to become edgier and more vicious in order to win. And if you think Orton is not the top heel in WWE right now i think your wrong... the only person I feel on his level right now is Jericho, but they are two different kind of heels. Edge WAS the best when he went psychotic, but this whipped Vickie Edge is boring.
