I found this video of a match I didn't even know happened, and I thought it'd be a good place to start a thread, especially given Jeff Hardy's rise to champion. Owen Hart face Jeff Hardy with Cornette and Yokozuna looking on. I don't think Jeff lands a single offensive move. Ever want a neat surprise, search for "Damon Striker" on youtube, you may just see a familiar face.

Damon Striker was only notable for how Dusty Rhodes claimed that Edge had hurt his "belly-welly".

I only watched a few seconds of the video, but Jeff was landing some offense. Vince even acknowledges it a couple of times.
Jeff wasn't the only one who went from jobber to champion. Foley was a jobber for quite a while himself.
Heck, the Rockers were often on the losing end of a lot of the tag feuds. They certainly weren't "iron mike sharpe" or "SD Jones" level of jobbers, but they were definitely jobbers to the stars.
Edge was briefly a WCW jobber as well, though I don't know if that counts since it was a different fed.

I also have videos of Mr. Kennedy and Samoa Joe jobbing to Essa Rios.

There were probably a lot of people watching that match that thought they were seeing a future World Champion. I doubt anyone outside Cameron, NC thought it would be the fellow in the multi colored trunks.

The Samoa Joe vs Essa Rios match is actually pretty good too. It's got some good offense from Samoa Joe and a cool plancha spot from Essa Rios.

Not quite. I remember Terra Ryzin and Jean Paul Levesque and neither was a jobber. He wrestled his fair share of jobbers while he was in WCW.

I wonder what WWE would do with him, image wise, if he ever made the jump.

Fun to see guys before they made it huge, but this video makes me miss Owen terribly. Between him yelling "Everybody loves me!" and the tease Sharpshooter into the bridge pin, he turns even a squash match into something memorable and fun.

You mean, I paid good money to see a 2 time, 2 time Slammy award winner beat up a jobber and I didn't get to see the Sharpshooter? Booooo!RIP Owen.

Edge was briefly a WCW jobber as well, though I don't know if that counts since it was a different fed. Hell, I wouldn't even count Edge as being a WCW jobber, period. He worked one match (Against...Big Show? It was either Big Show or Meng/Haku. I'll check his book later.), hated it down there, and never went back.

If someone could PM me a link to the Joe/Rios match, that'd be fun to see.
