Im talking anbotu people like Shane McMahon, im suprised his dad never let him win the world title int he attitude days, same with Xpac. Also Scott Hall could of been WCW champion.

I am shocked Scott Hall never got a hold of the strap in WCW, even for, like, half a Nitro.

Put me down for Scott Hall as well. I figured he would be WWF Champion as Razor Ramon and later thought he'd get to be WCW Champion.

Christopher Daniels should have been ROH champ at "Redemption" instead of James Gibson.

Curt Hennig was apparently supposed to win the WWF strap...

Bam Bam Bigelow. I honestly thought he would've been the one to take the WCW title off of Goldberg at the end of 1998.
Owen Hart. I was shocked he didn't get a short run with it at the end of 1997/beginning 1998 when he was feuding with DX.

Not really that surprised with Hall, the guy was very unreliable and would no-show constantly and couldn't shake off his demons. Not someone you'd want to give a major title to.
He was good, but I never really saw him as a World Champion,IMO.
For my pick, I'd say RVD in the old ECW. I'd have put the belt on him after he returned from his injury in 2000, instead of giving it to Credible.

I'm breaking the rules but Andre the Giant should have had a run of at least 6 months.

I was surprised Piper didn't beat Hogan for the WCW Title at Starrcade 96.

Not really that surprised with Hall, the guy was very unreliable and would no-show constantly and couldn't shake off his demons. Not true. He only started no showing recently. In his prime he should have been world champ. He was apparently supposed to get a run with the belt in WWF but got run over by the Lex Express. I also think when he won World War 3 97' he was going to beat Sting at Superbrawl 98' (winner of WW3 got a title shot) but his alcohol/drug problem got in the way. Instead they postponed his title shot for Uncensored and did some crap with Hogan/Sting for the vacant belt instead.
