I can't believe it's been over ten years since Summerslam 98. I remember watching this on PPV at a friend's house. Man, time flies... Anyone else feel like the Attitude era was only yesterday?
Also, The Rock: The best Intercontinental Champion there ever was.

Watching the whole first disc of The Rock's DVD set totally took me back to 8th grade when I first started watching wrestling.
They need to bring back the Lion's Den, dammit!

The Rock was so awesome in this clip. I saw this PPV at home because I bought it and really didn't remember this slice of awesomeness. Having just rewatched this now, I didn't even follow anything besides Rock hamming it up. I know people were talking, but it was all background to me. |

I miss early Sunday Night Heat, back when it was an exciting, relevant show. Especially the lead-ins to the PPVs.
