I think Benoit or Flair should have been #1 as Mysterio didn't do anything for most of that Rumble,IMO.

List is rigged. There is no way Rey Mysterio winning a rumble is more impressive than what Ric Flair did in 92. Flair ran the gauntlet in a rumble that had more WWF champions than any other rumble, including Hogan, Savage, Sid, Taker, Shawn Michaels, Slaughter, and the Iron Sheik and hall of fame guys like Piper, Snuka, Roberts, Bossman, Dibiase, Valentine, Santana and Davey Boy.

How did Vince McMahon's performance get on the list? Sure, he entered at number 2 and won it, but it wasn't that impressive. He wasn't even in most of the match. Hell, he did commentary for the last half. And, the only reason he did win was because the Rock came out and distracted Stone Cold. Obviously, someone is sucking up to the boss.

You know I think this list was a bit of a shot a Flair, who's on the outs with the company now. They're trying to gradually minimize his accomplishments. Some argue the 1992 Rumble is the greatest moment in WWF history, and they put THAT ahead of it.

Who is more likely to win a Rumble, Rey or Yoko? Rey or Bret/Lex? Rey or HBK?
Since he's basically the underdog is something like this, placing him at number 1 makes him look better. He was probably a surprise winner to most people, so placing him at 1 makes sense.

I think Rey is good enough to be in the same ring as Flair, why shouldn't he be in the same list as him? He's one of the greatest highflyers ever and one of the best in WWE at the moment.

Also, this is one of the dumbest Rumble finishes ever. Savage goes for the pin, then jumps out of the ring essentially. |
