ProWrestling.net confirms the use of a "stunt girlfriend": The woman featured in the Jeff Hardy video that aired on Smackdown was not his real life girlfriend Beth Britt.
Powell's POV: Jeff is going to be in a lot of trouble when he gets home! All joking aside, a source who knows the couple told me that the woman in the video is definitely not Beth Britt. WWE used an actress (or an extra) to play her part in the video.www.prowrestling.net/artman/publish/WWE/article1004174.shtml*edit* And pictures of the "accident scene" on WWE.com: www.wwe.com/shows/smackdown/photos/9100758/Yeah, it should have been totally obvious that that was an actress.

See, I love angles like this, I really do, but bullshit like a guy with a cell phone video going up to them, and taking exclusive pictures. Why can't they keep it somewhat realistic, I hate shit like that.

However, Beth will be injured and the current plan is to have Christian as the driver of the other car, provided he still signs with WWE. That's yet another report based on abso-f'n-lutely NOTHING. They've been so stubborn in insisting about Christian getting a quasi-main-event push upon his alleged return, they're now forced to come up with more newz and "proofs" to back up their plan. And yes, WWE did a great job in keeping Cena's comeback a secret, but how similar are the two scenarios? Cena was the former Champion, who hadn't been defeated but had to forfeit the title due to injury, so it made sense for him to be brought back with a huge exclamation point. Christian could just be another midcarder coming back after a relatively successful stint in the Reserve League... I mean, Jeff Hardy himself, who was arguably more over than Christian and much more marketable, yet he didn't get a main event program...
