What death in movies do you think has made the most kids cry?
I can't even begin to imagine all the boys who bawled sitting in the theater watching Optimus Prime die. Guess I'm lucky I didn't see it untilI was an adult.

Mufasa in The Lion King. I should know because I watched it only a few months after my Grandfather died. Though it became my favorite move and I've watched it several times, my sister still can't bring myself to watch it.

Off the top of my head, the top four I can think of would be:
- Mufasa - Yoda - Optimus Prime - Old Yeller

I'd say a toss up between Optimus Prime and Bambi's mom as far as kid's movies are concerned.
Now, take a kindergarten class full of kids and show them Murphy's death scene from Robocop and I guarantee the whole room'll be crying.

Id say any girls from 10 on would cry watching My Girl. Every single girl I've watched that film with have all cried at the same bit.
But yeah, Id say Lion King or Bambi.

Are you looking for movies to show at schools to make the kids cry?
If so, you are a sick, sick man...
Having said that, may I recommend Bambi.
