I haven't seen TNA in over a year, so I can't say for sure what specifically is bad about it. Just their Russo-esque booking in general has kept me away, but again, it's not any one or two specific angles I can point to.

While not Gooker worthy, I would like to give an honorable mention to ODB and Deaner's Feud.

Chavo and Hornswoggle....it can't end fast enough So it will go on at least until SS. Still going, and it's September. Unless the SS you were referring to was Survivor Series.

While not Gooker worthy, I would like to give an honorable mention to ODB and Deaner's Feud. The fact that Deaner is proud of his "accomplishment" making him the King of the Knockouts, a match where I believe the stips were that if he pinned one of the BP, ODB would get the Knockouts title, just makes it horrible.

How can you guys even nominate the Denver/Los Angeles RAW? Remember the joy and happiness it brought us when Batista came out with the basketball. It was like two lovers being reunited in harmony and.....wait, what....Batista did what to the basketball? He did? WHA.....WHY.....WHY BATISTA, WHY.....WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY..... *falls to knees*

My top pick for Gooker 2009 is: THE DENVER DISASTER Heck if it wins, The McMahon/Coachman interview must be part of it.
The 25th Anniversary of Wrestlemania: Worst Mania since 11, and they put a title match on as a Dark Match instead of PPV? COME ON!
Trump Buys Raw (For a Week): BAD IDEA!
Beautiful People VS "Sarah Palin": BORING!
The Raw Guest Hosts: For every good guest host we gotten (Seth Green) there are at least 3-4 Bad ones (ZZ Top, Bob Barker and Shaq)
Abraham Washington: That is one of the reasons I stopped watching WWE
MEM TAKES OVER IMPACT (AKA NWO NITRO 2.0)

MEM TAKES OVER IMPACT (AKA NWO NITRO 2.0) Anything with Chet Lemon and Black Snow on commentary and Scott Steiner as ring announcer cannot be Gooker worthy.

Can the RAW guest host angle really count, especially if it continues into 2010?
Doesn't the angle have to be done for RD to consider inducting it?

MEM TAKES OVER IMPACT (AKA NWO NITRO 2.0) Except for the fact that Impact didn't devote 20 minutes to tearing down the TNA set and replacing it with a MEM set. Also, that episode of Impact didn't feature a 20 minute segment where the MEM gave Kurt Angle various Xmas presents.

still sticking to that Cedric the Entertainer opening skit of that Raw episode he hosted.
Jesus that "comedy" was funny.
Funny as a funeral.

So many to choose for this year. 2009 has been putrid for wrestling. 1) Chavo versus Hornswaggle: the feud that will not die. And makes you wish you would while it airs. 2) Sharmel versus Jenna Morasca: the worst match in history. Which is saying something coming from TNA. 3) Vince McMahon's illogical one-sided feud with the Denver Nuggets. Proof he is clinically insane if you needed more proof. 4) The HHH-Randy Orton home invasion. Hilariously coming after McMahon claimed the violence from WWE is gone and TNA goes too far. 5) The "here today, gone tomorrow" Trump ownership. I'm still trying to figure out what happened. WILDCARD) Vince McMahon's new mantra of calling the new WWE product "SOPHISTICATED" compared to UFC.. That's almost as nauseating as the "We put smiles on people's faces" after the Benoit damage control. (full article here)

Daffney as Sarah Palin HAS to get it.
How come it wasn't nominated last year?

Daffney as Sarah Palin HAS to get it. How come it wasn't nominated last year? Probably because the angle started in December last year and it barely started.

WWE ppv heading towards death by gimmick deserves a consideration.

WWE ppv heading towards death by gimmick deserves a consideration. I'd definitely consider it. Not only are the PPV's watered down by the gimmicks, but the names themselves are terrible.
