Um, someone dying was much sadder news. I would think that'd be a no brainer.

Uh, guys I think it was supposed to be a joke. I really don't think he was serious about this one. It made me laugh a little though.

I know the topic was a joke, but Eddie's death hit me harder than anything in wrestling.

Some of you people take stuff WAY too seriously - sure its harsh to trivialise Eddie's death and all, but it was clearly intended as a joke.
Still, I reckon I'll miss Holly. Never really minded the guy that much - he's no more of a bully than JBL is (at least from what I've read), and people mostly like JBL on here as far as I can tell.

................You seriously just asked that?
It's incomparable. Eddie's death vs. Holly and his less-than-stellar career?
Yeah, Eddie for the win here.

benoit, owen and Kerry Von Erich's deaths hurt me more than Eddie. Kerry was my favorite since i was 4 or 5, owen's was just tragic and i stopped watching wrestling when benoit won the title because I wanted to enjoy the fact that i followed his career from his US debut to being World Champion. Actually, his death got me watching wrestling again because I wanted to see how the business would rebound from such a bad story.
