Handicap = wheelchair disabled person. I understand the logic behind it, but surely in this politically correct time we live in, isn't it abit risky? It could have been worse.

...plus, when i'm in traffic behind a car with a handicapped tag, and they are driving particularly poorly, i like to say, "what, are you MENTALLY handicapped?"
you can't find a more compassionate person than me, but angry is angry and funny is funny.

Not in the least, as people have pointed out, that's the recognized symbol anyway.

I didn't think it was tasteless, since that symbol is the American symbol for handicapped. Kinda like handicapped parking spaces that have that symbol on it.... they aren't saying that only people in wheelchairs can park there, it's simply a way to denote parking for the handicapped.

Actually, I'd say it was one of the more tasteful images they could've used. This is the WWE, after all...we're lucky we didn't see some spastic kid with no arms or legs getting run over with a car as the image. Meh, close enough.

Personally, I think the graphic looks terrible. I mean, who uses that font in this day and age?

Be thankful they didn't wrestle in wheelchairs. Weren't they going to do that at some point? I seem to remember reading about a possible "Wheelchair match" between Zach Gowen & someone else.

I didn't understand the point of this thread. I assumed the person didn't understand that a handicap in sports meant something else. I couldn't see the picture of the person in the wheelchair because the pic was stretching the board or someone's sig, I dunno. Just fix it

I'm gonna admit I didn't even notice that and I watched SD! this week.
I don't find it offensive. WWE chose to use a known and recognized symbol as a representation of a match name.
Handicap Match. Handicap symbol. At no point in that were handicap individuals being exploited or made fun of.

Well, a drawing of one man on one side and two or three on the other side would have made more sense. But that's WWE creative for you, they probably used the first picture on Google image search when you type in "handicap".
