My ex-girlfriend's from California and moved back there. She had discovered Yuengling beer out here. Says they don't have it out in Cali. And while not specifically a type of food, I wish we had In N Outs over here. That place was awesome when I went there a few years back in Anaheim. I have 2 In N Outs with in a 10 mile radius of my house. I shall trade you one for a White Castle. I'll give you 3 White Castles for 1 In N Out.

Yes, I seriously saw a Brian Schneider wine. Must be for hobos and winos. It tastes like mediocrity, with hints of garbage and tobacco.

Must be for hobos and winos. It tastes like mediocrity, with hints of garbage and tobacco. It also has a mishapened bottle so that the wine has trouble getting into the glass... Much like how Brian has trouble throwing out runners from home to 2nd.

Has anybody ever been to a Sonic's restaurant? I see commercials for them all the time, yet have never seen one with my own eyes.

Has anyone seen Faygo soda outside of the south? And WHERE can Zagnut be found? I think I saw Zagnut on the shelf of the Big Lots I work at.

Has anybody ever been to a Sonic's restaurant? I see commercials for them all the time, yet have never seen one with my own eyes. They don't have any up here in New England. They start popping up around Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and I think there are a lot of them in the Southeast.

Yeah, but beyond just regions there seem to be just general divides even in what appear to be big enough on the surface to be national stores. Idk, I guess I just consider "regional stores" to be something different than what I would consider something like Dunkin' Donuts to be. Also, any good experiences at the regionals? Feel free to share? Also, I pretty much never do this, but 3,500 posts! Woo hoo! Does this mean I'm now eligible to run for Wrestlecrap President. No, but you can have your post count reset... Just kidding. And you're in Irvine? I work on the border of Tustin/Santa Ana. Small world. Charleston Chew can be found at some gas stations in downtown Santa Ana, although I haven't been that way in over a year. Meat, when you get over here for that Panthers game one day, we'll hit up some places you don't have over in Cali.

There's a Sonic about 15 minutes away from my cousin's place in Philly, and there's a few in South Jersey. Still waiting for some to show up in Central and North.

My ex-girlfriend's from California and moved back there. She had discovered Yuengling beer out here. Says they don't have it out in Cali. Yeah, that's a PA beer... the only kind I care to drink. PA's got a lot of it's own brands (and stores) and a serious scarceness of others. For instance... I've never been in a 7-11 or Sonic, let alone saw one. We've got a lot of original or not too common foods here like Scrapple (pig leftovers boiled down into mush and combined with flour) Whoopie pies (chocolate cake sandwiched with a creamy frosting) Lebanon Bologna (and for those that don't know... it's NOTHING like crappy bologna, it's spiced beef sausage that's hard to describe, besides that it looks close to salami... but is tastier) Pickled beet eggs (this throws off a lot of people... we throw beets and beet juice in pickled eggs, making the eggs pinkish-purplish) Oh and a general east coast one... Moxie. You gotta know where to look for it even here in Central PA, as it's hardly mass produced. In fact, the stuff I get it still mixed by an independent bottler who still has their license with the company (a lot of them went under over the years, apparently) And another... Piel's beer. Don't worry, you're not missing anything. It's a "sex on the beach" beer that my dad used to drink by the case load. I do enjoy Utz as well, mainly the Crab and Grandma Utz varieties... but there's a local chip company from my old area, Hartley's, that sells in just a few counties (three that I know of) that's the best tasting chip in the world to me. So good, I used to be able to eat an 11 ounce bag in one sitting. Most chips, a handful or two is enough. I'm also surprised at the apparent lack of good birch beers in other areas. Hank's and Big Ben's are awesome.

Has anyone seen Faygo soda outside of the south? And WHERE can Zagnut be found? Faygo's got a pretty darn good hold in the Midwest, especially in Ohio and Michigan. In fact, there's a pretty big tie between Faygo and something I'd rather not mention here that makes them HYOOOOOGE in Michigan.... for certain people, anyway. Also, I never seen a Sonic until about 2-3 years ago when it started popping up about 20 miles away from my home.... and then one opened in my hometown just last year. I've eaten there twice, and the food is very, very good. The tater tots are absolutely the best thing on that menu, bar none.

Wawa is A-MA-ZING!!
And I think you can find Philly Cream Cheese and Perogi's anywhere.
Scrapple is gross. It really is. My mom loves it though.
And I must be the only person from Philly/NJ that doesn't like Ying-Ling. I tried it, but I don't care for it much. Sam Adams is much better.
