Dr. Feinstone wasn't able to find Pumpkinhead's weakness, as the demonic creature rampages his way into Round 2. Well the next oppenent find the one weak spot, or will this demonic force kill his way to the championship? The final tally was 16-12. Dr. Phibes
Debut Movie: The Abominable Dr. Phibes Year: 1971Vincent Price plays Dr. Anton Phibes who gets in a major car wreck on his way to visit his ailing wife. Presumed to be dead, Dr. Phibes is instead horribly disfigured. He finds out his wife died on the operating table. He blames the Doctors that operated on her and spends years developing an eleborate plan to kill them all in manners inspired by the The Ten Plagues of Egypt. Trailer: Vs. Gabriel
Debut Movie: The Prophecy Year: 1995Wow, I've never seen The Prophecy series, but after reading the Wikipedia recap of what it's about, I don't think I can do Gabriel's character justice in a short recap. There seems to be a whole bunch of complicated crap going on. It seems to have something to do with Gabriel trying to turn Heaven into another Hell. He's basically an Evil Angel it seems, though in part three he turns good. Trailer:

As much as I like Christopher Walken, he just cant take over my admiration for one Vincent Price.

Doctor Phibes takes this one, though Walken's Gabriel IS an underappreciated horror character.

Haven't seen either film, so I'll sit out this round.

I just fixed the Prophecy trailer. The one I had before had embedded videos turned off.

You better love 'em DSR, you better. When you nom'd them I just thought to myself "Cool, someone nominated Dr. Phibes!"

That's one reason why I wanted to do this. Get some people thinking about Horrors and Thrillers they've never heard of before.

Not a lot of love for the Walken. Oh well, I've seen both and I only own one. That one is Prophecy and Gabriel/Walken make that movie. Phibes is entertaining, but it didn't scare me when I was a child, so I doubt it'll do the trick now.

Phibes.
When I was a kid, someone who knew I loved horror movies gave me an 8x10 picture of Dr. Phibes. I was supposed to hang it on my wall, but it gave me the creeps and I ended up sticking it in a drawer instead. I have no idea what ended up happening to that picture.

Just want everyone to know that one way or another I intend on getting this thing finished. I'm just holding off for the time being, but it shouldn't be to long.
