Anyone else see this tonight? Seems like this show had lots of potential to be a really good show. I enjoyed tonights episode quite well. I think Ben MacKenzie plays the part of a new/unsure cop pretty well. Anyone else have thoughts of it?

NBC is doing CRIME DRAMAS now?!? When did this start?!?
...
Seriously, give Kings whatever timeslot this crap show got. That actually deserves to watched since it's, you know, a show that's not about cops for once.

I recognized that one of the dudes in this had a small role on the old Beverly Hills 90210.

Pretty good pilot episode of it last night. didnt you think when the female cop got hit from behind that she was a goner? or the rookie shooting that gang member and his reaction after was very good. I like his pairing with the sarcastic, cold been there done that cop. Nexts weeks episode looks pretty good and it might make a decent series.

Mr T L Wolf
Hank Scorpio
He has the looks of Andre the Giant, and the strength of Barry Windham. Not to mention he's a hero to a few armadillos, a kangaroo and a small herd of bison.

I thought it was pretty interesting. Yes, it's another NBC cop drama, but as long as they stay away from the Law and Order formula, it should stay a pretty good show.
Being a fan of this site, I lost it when the opening credits included the words "C. Thomas Howell"

I did hear "from the producers of E.R." too like ten minutes before it came on. It saddened me but eh I still wanted to see it. It was good.

What the hell was with the "Bleeping"? It ruined thw whole show for me. It was a pretty run of the mill crime drama...but with really annoying bleeped dialouge. It's like, use a different word, bleeping a scrpited show is just dumb. hope they get rid of that, because then the show would be tolerable. But really nothing more.

I believe it was to add a sense of realism. Because "frick" and "Shoot" just don't cut it sometimes, especially in a show shot like this. Also, you have to remember that TV isn't just made for TV anymore, the DVD market is huge. I know lots of people who don't watch a show when it airs, but always buy the season when it hits DVD
