Seriously. Came out today and had to pick it up, now this flick has a love/hate ratio of about 1/100, but I freely admit to being part of that 1. Whenever Octopus and Silken Floss are on the screen it's a total scream, Sam Jackson plays the immortal insane genius for all it's worth and just hams up that time with the best of 'em. Sure it's nothing like the actual comic, but still, anything Frank Miller does these days is insane fun, and this certainly fits the bill.

Still haven't seen it, but it looks like a movie I would love. I love the cheesy lines I've heard so far.
"Shut up and bleed." "I'm gonna kill you all kinds of dead."
I absolutely love cheese.

Oh trust me, the lines are damn near 90% one liner cheese, it's so awesome. "..and then I become a God!" "Or the next best thing." "I...become.. a GOD!"

There's a very good reason it's a tens of millions of dollars winner at the box office.

Absolutely loved it. It was incredibly cheesy, and, just like everything else he's in, Sam Jackson delivers the show stealing performance.
"Isn't that just damn weird?"
"Yes, sir, it's....damn weird."

I loved it, though the 3 people I dragged out to see it with me still haven't forgiven me...

I enjoyed it, though I admit I didn't know shit about the source material. I had one Warren Spirit comic that I bought in the 1980's, but I lost it in the 80's, and never read another issue.
But I enjoy looking at Eva Mendes and listening to Samuel L. Jackson, and am a Sin City visual mark, so two thumbs up from me.
