I have an idea for this Y2J legend storyline that's been going on.
Imagine that next week, when HBK faces Vladimir Kozlov, HBK loses via some sort of screwjob or DQ, which means Kozlov faces Undertaker at WM 25. HBK is shown to look very frustrated, and walks away angry.
Later on in the show, Jericho is about to come out and insult more legends. Finally, Jerry Lawler steps into the ring. Lawler cuts a great promo on Jericho, and slaps him across the face. Jericho responds by beating the crap out of him and putting him in the Walls of Jericho. Jericho has the hold on for at least one minute, while Jerry taps out in pain. All of a sudden, out of nowhere, Shawn Michaels come out and rushes the ring, while Jericho, being a chickencrap heel, runs away in fear.
In the coming weeks, Jericho talks about how many times he has defeated Shawn Michaels, and that their feud is over. Michaels comes out and admits that Jericho has beat him before...but never at WrestleMania.
Jericho will accept a match with Michaels, under one condition: If HBK loses, he must retire, just like Ric Flair had to last year. Shawn accepts.
BOOM! Huge match.
Thoughts?

And... why would Shawn Michaels all of a sudden care what happens to Jerry Lawler?
Atleast my Glamarella in Playboy angle made sense!

If they can't get Rourke, I want a Legends Gauntlet Match. Just one old wrestler after another coming out and fighting Jericho until he's worn down and then Hulk Hogan comes out and finishes him off.

You know what I want to see as a build to Wrestlemania? Chris Jericho vs Terry Funk, just because of how good Funk is, and how good of a promo he would cut on Jericho about respect. And in the match, Jericho is beating him down, and Terry Funk is on the ground, come on you piece of excretory matter, I thought you were so damn good, and just start selling like only Terry can. It would just add some more drama to the whole thing.
Or hell, even if it was Funk at Wrestlemania, I know it would be good though.

Swerve us all by having a legend side with Jericho and agree he's right.

I have an idea that would be an EPIC WIN for everyone, but it will never happen: Sting. It would be big match for Wrestlemania.
How could that go down, since Sting is in TNA? Make an offer to TNA to lend Sting for one night only. In Return Sting could cut a (short) promo in which he talks about his role in TNA and the MEM. No bashing of either WWE or TNA. Just a promos about respect and how he fights for it since quite a time. They could have a good match, which Sting could win unclean by using the bat and after that he leaves.
WWE would have a huge legend they'd never get another way and TNA would have advertised its product on the biggest wrestling stage of all times.
Will never happen, of course.

And... why would Shawn Michaels all of a sudden care what happens to Jerry Lawler? He wouldn't be out there saving Lawler, but to get his hands on Jericho. Of course, the Taker/HBK match has more obvious potential but that has been done before albeit 10 years ago, I could enjoy a blow-off one on one between Jericho & HBK. (Meaning Kozlov/Taker which I don't like AT ALL lol)

what bothers me so far, is that no one has even asked the taker's opinion on the issue.. and if taker and hbk go one on one, i want to see a return of

HBK/Taker is too good to pass up, plus we had a good 6+ months of HBK/Jericho recently.
I will say that I kinda wish Foley was around to do the legend angle. The promo wars between Jericho and Foley would be epic.

I would like for Jericho to come out 2 weeks before WM and give a promo about how their are not anymore legends in the back who will come out to face him after weeks of him embarrassing them. Then we hear "DO YOU SMELL WHAT THE ROCK IS COOKING". Rock comes out reminds Jericho about the night Y2J debuted interupting the Rock , their past history and ask Jericho to go one on one with the great one at WM. Seriously out of all the legends, Rock seems to be the only one who still is healthy enough to put on a great WM match.

The Rock would have farm to much ring rust to be able to Wrestle as a classic match as many would like to see and as good a match that he could have out on for Wrestlemania 6 years ago. We also don;t know what shape he is currently in (as present) as he only obviously has to be in shape to do movies now which are in no way shape or farm as demanding as having to wrestle every week or few days.
Also HBK/Jericho yet again and a Wrestlemania rematch from a few years ago or HBK/Taker for the first time since Royal Rumble 99 which was over 10 years ago and a feud and match fans have been wanting to see since HBK came back in 2002.I think it's a no brainier there and Takers big match at Mania with his streak is to big to trivialize. Taker/HBK is the best option possible for Mania and will be a classic between to of the biggest legends ever in the business.

Which would work for both Wrestlemaina and a big must see match up which would be once in a lifetime. For both Sting and Jericho and would get buy rates up. Spike them maybe for the short term or maybe attract new fans to the company once they see Sting on WWE PPV talking about the biggest storyline of TNA just now. Similar to what WWF done for ECW in 1997 time.
