Get rid of the GMs - no. I just wish they would use them to concentrate on getting viewers for next week rather than hocking a show people are already watching.

Teddy Long is to GMs what Bam Neely is to bodyguards...

Yes I'd like all the McMahons to be off tv forever.

No, I think they're fine as long as they're not the stereotypical evil boss.
That said I liked the anarchy storyline and think that ECW should be like that on a permanent basis.

Give the GMs more depth, so they don't come across as moustache-twirling, dastardly villains.
Stephanie's ok at the moment, as she's just playing the role of neutrality. But I'll be irritated if they give her a heel turn and ally her with Orton. It just gets tiresome after a while.

Yes definately the whole wrestler versus authority figure thing has just gotten really stale and really pointless. There's just no more life in that tired gimmick and it's time to move on. Same with the whole nWo style heel stable trying to take over the company gimmick. 1998 was fun but time marches on.

YES. They have enough heels that they don't need to do that anymore.

Give me back President Tunney. Best authority figure ever. He came on TV and you knew it was a big deal.

Yes. It's played out. Just try something different. Anything.
at the same time, I don't want wrestlers booking their own matches supposedly on they fly anymore either.

Something along the lines of Tunney. An authority figure that only comes out for big announcements and contract signings and such. But not on tv every week

Vince has a tried and true, but tired in formula in the authority figures interacting with the wrestlers to a heavy degree. It works, but it's not anything different at this point.

I don't mind the G.M.s but I am sick of the evil G.M. gimmick
If they're going to continue to do this gimmick it should only be Eric Bischoff playing the role.

Something along the lines of Tunney. An authority figure that only comes out for big announcements and contract signings and such. But not on tv every week unfortunately that leads to wrestlers booking their matches on the fly. The GM should be there to make matches if something unexpected happens. I liked Teddy Long, Steph as Smackdown GM. Adamlie tried to function like that but he just wasn't good enough for the role.

I liked when Cornette was in charge in TNA (before they brought Jarrett back, since now he's like third banana to Jarrett and Foley, and only gets to make decisions about things like "what to do with Shane Sewell".).
He would always talk about doing things that are good for business or to get ratings. And would generally get angry at EVERYONE, especially when they'd try to book their own matches, lobby to him to get what they want, or otherwise throw the show off course.

I miss Jack Tunney. I HATE evil GM's screwing over the top face, and I like GM's who punish all the heels. I say have somebody call it down the middle, but don't get involved in any feuds.\\
Adamle was kinda a step in the right idea.

They're not going to recapture that Austin/McMahon magic, so yeah...evil GMs and GMs that are on tv more than some wrestlers need to go.

Something along the lines of Tunney. An authority figure that only comes out for big announcements and contract signings and such. But not on tv every week THIS! It's been more than ten years of Evil GMs, Goofy GMs, Useless GMs, and it's been the same thing over and over again. We don't know to have the same "GM v Superstar" conflict angle to be rehashed several times per year. Just let it go... A super partes authority figure who stays out of the spotlight and takes care of the bureaucratic side of the show, and who appears just on FEW and selected occasions
