Well... two out of three of those things. Woke up after my afternoon nap, and I couldn't tell if it was still Friday or already Saturday. My left arm felt like someone else's left arm that's not mine, and I vaguely remember falling off my bed sometime recently.
I demand that someone cheers me up, or points me toward the person who spiked my drink, at least until my brain catches up with my skull so I can do my thinking on my own.

I've had those same symptoms recently. I actually made a doctor's appointment today because of it.
You know how amputee's have "phantom limb" pain? Well my arm is there...it's just my body is telling me that it ISN'T. Like...it doesn't want to respond correctly.

Well, I'm feeling better after sitting still for a few minutes. I think I was just really dizzy... which had happened to me several times before, and I definitely remember one time where I actually blacked out and fell to the floor (nothing serious, woke me up instantly since I landed on my bad knee*.) Thinking about it, maybe that's the same thing that you were talking about, the body telling me that my knee went away to buy something and leaving me alone for a few seconds.
In any case, now everything is slightly normal, I'm off to go... somewhere. I'm taking my robe and wizard hat, as well.
*it was like "Ow, ouch, ouch, ouch, and ow" while rolling on the floor in pain.

I wake up sometimes thinking one of my limbs are gone, or that my nose has shrunk. I think that's pretty normal.
