Funny Games and the original Last House on the Left.
I wasn't bothered at all by Cannibal Holocaust, I thought it was stupid and not at all bad.

Carrie.
I was only 10 when I saw it though, so now I probably wouldn't find it that disturbing.

Wow. Damn near all of mine have been mentioned already. I refuse to ever watch IMPRINT and IRREVERSIBLE again. The abortionist scenes in IMPRINT were, I think Miike just trying to see how far, how far beyond f***ED up he could go.
A buddy let me borrow a film called BLACK CANDLES which featured beastiality. THAT was disturbing solely because it came out of NOWHERE. You think, yeah, this is a 70's occult movie, there might be some naked druid chicks...and then BAM!
Chick is getting dry humped by a goat, and then she reciprocates.

the castration bit in hard candy was tough to watch The ones in the original LAST HOUSE and I SPIT ON YOUR GRAVE were even worse, IMO. HARD CANDY was an AWESOME movie, and showed that Ellen Page really has more range that what she's usually given to work with.

I wouldn't say disturb, but Eraserhead left me greatly confused.

WOW. Apparently, that Irreversible flick has a low frequency sound that plays for the first 30 minutes that causes unease and nausea. That's crazy. And yes, I'm wikipedia-ing these movies and going "yep, don't wanna watch that!"

I really loved most of these movies. I even watched Salo more than once. Maybe I need therapy.

Woman in the Dunes.
Some teacher goes out bug collecting on the sea shore, and misses the bus. So he sees if he can stay the night at a local village. They agree, and invite him to sleep in a house at the bottom of a giant sand pit. He wakes up to find the rope ladder gone, and he's told that he now has to dig sand out of the hole all day long or else he'll be buried in sand, and the rest of the village with him.
It's long, plodding, strange, but it's the ending that gets me.

The two that are still hard to watch for me are Pet Semetary and Requiem For A Dream.
