Anyone else try it yet? I just had some and I thought it was really good, will probably have some again soon.

I'm wanting to very soon. No real reason to put it off seeing as the closest KFC is ... right around the corner and a two minute walk, heh.

This thread had me all kinds of excited but sadly after checking the nutrition facts Kentucky Grilled Chicken is still horrible for you. Though it is about three times better for you then KFC's fried chicken. In regards to nutrition, here is how the Kentucky Grilled Chicken stacks up: One piece has between 70 and 180 calories (KFC’s original chicken has about 110-370 calories per piece) and four grams of fat (original has 7 to 21 grams of fat). But its sodium content is still pretty high with just about 25 percent of your daily sodium needs per once piece. It was OK.
I really didn't notice it being all that unbelievable from any other baked chicken.

I liked it. It's pretty good as far as fast food chicken goes.
Now if the damn KFC near here didn't fail on a consistent basis and not run out of food, only to decide to cook up new stuff when someone else actually orders it, then I'd probably eat there more.

I thought it was excellent. Tasted like a rotisserie version of original recipe.

Had it. It's very good. It's pretty much the same spice mixture used for the Fried chicken.

Sometimes its nice to postpone the inevitable long enough to see your kids graduate, walk your daughter down the isle, or spend quality time with your grandchildren. I'm sure if you could talk to anyone who dropped dead of heart failure in their 40's they'd tell you dying young is highly overrated. That being said I'm all for eating at KFC and fast food. Its just not something that anyone should do more then once a month at most.

I had some and it was greatly enjoyable. Only problem is the two times I've gone there they've been out of breasts. Still the thighs and legs were still around. Good stuff.
Any idea how many calories are taken off without the skin?

True story.. Me at a KFC almost two years ago..
ME: Yeah can I get a Three peice and a Mashed w/ gravy
Idiot: We're all out of chicken.
ME: wha..huh?
Idiot: We should have chicken strips in 10 minutes.
ME: But, no actual regular chicken?
Idiot: Not until tomorrow
The fact it ran out of a product thats included in their name was baffling and ive had no desire to return
