I've seen a good number of people who have said that Christian's WWE return hasn't been up to snuff. But, at least imo, he's still been putting on solid performances and getting good crowd responses, and I think if he was built with enough momentum, he could easily reach world champ level on either RAW or Smackdown. Besides, a lot of people were similarly underwhelmed with how Chris Jericho was booked immediately after his return, but with time, he rose up to become champ.
So the question is, will Christian reach a level where he can be booked successfully to win the world title? And if so, when?

I have a feeling he's winning MITB and cashing it in on Edge. Well at least thats what I want to happen.

As far as "future champions" it's hard to even try to guess after they went and let Jeff win the title. Not saying "he doesn't deserve it" or whatever just that it was a pretty ballsy move by the E. So Christian may very well be in the running for a world title somewhere down the line. I doubt it'll be before Summerslam, or even this year tho.

In before "He already was in TNA"? I'm dissapointed, Wrestlecrap.
But to be serious for a minute, nah. He'll be the equivalent of the British Bulldog, good enough to be a title threat but not to actually carry the strap.

Ha, ha, you're right about TNA. I know it's minor, but I fixed it in the title.

I love Christian and would love to see him as either WWE or World champ. But, I don't see WWE making this move. Sure, they did give the belt to Jeff Hardy. But, that was only because Jeff was getting massive fan support. I'm not saying the fans don't like Christian. But, they currently don't like him to the extent of a Jeff Hardy or John Cena (sans the haters). I can easily see Christian as ECW champ, but I find it hard to see him as World champ. Sorry.

That's the thing I was thinking. Hardy got the strap DESPITE his issues because he's over like hell. Christian is over, not nearly as much as Hardy, but due to the fact I've never heard him being a pain or looking to be on the gas currently, that MIGHT help him in the future. Like I said not claiming he'll definitely take the strap, but it's more possible than his original run.

Never Was and never will be.
I see him getting a long run with the ECW title however.

I'm not sure how to vote on this. I think it's very possible but I don't think it's something they have planned right now. I do not think he will win MITB.
I'm not sure who will win it, but I agree with the thought that JBL will offer the winner tons of money for it, then cash it in that night, and be the first to lose.
On one hand, I like that idea. It's seems like a good WM memory. On the other I've always enjoyed the anticipation the MITB holder brought to the shows.

Putting a world title on Christian would make TNA's title look good. And Vince doesn't want that happening.

He is the only one that can win MITB this year if you take out MVP, so he is going to be World Champion in this year.
I dont think that MVP will win so this only leaves Christian

I really hope so. The guy's got all of the attributes to be a good champion. He's now got the experience of holding a company's top belt, and, whether people want to believe it or not, Vince is likely to be more interested in how he handled that rather than the fact it was for the 'competition'.
But he will need a few main event guys to get out of the way first. If HBK, Taker, JBL and Batista are phased out in the near future, then Christian will be perfectly placed to step up.

He'll get his shot, he works great as a heel against Cena or a face against Edge.
