Raven's theme.Come As You Are is my favorite Nirvana song, and I don't like Pearl Jam.

I'm a huge Nirvana fan and I never even realized that Raven's theme was supposed to be a ripoff of Come As You Are. Doesn't sound like it at all to me.
Anyway, I voted for Jericho's Evenflow ripoff. That's probably my favorite WCW theme of all time. Well, next to Man Called Sting anyway.

DDP's by only a million miles! I absolutely love when wrestlers talk in there theme song, and NOTHING beats "Self High Five!"
I tell ya, I'm still crazy bitter about how bad WWE messed up DDP. Of all the WCW guys, I truly believe he could have been the one....

Don't care for Nirvana or Pearl Jam, but DDP's theme fit his character perfectly. He was never the same for me in WWE, and one of the reasons for that was because he didn't have that theme song.

All great themes, but I'm gonna go with Raven's. I believe he's said himself that that's his definitive theme.

How in the world could WCW use those theme songs without getting sued for blatantly using Nirvana riffs & song structure with only slight modification?

How in the world could WCW use those theme songs without getting sued for blatantly using Nirvana riffs & song structure with only slight modification? Well, for one thing, this was about 1996 when they were doing these themes, so it wasn't exactly like lawsuits were being thrown around as frequently as they are today, and 2, I doubt Nirvana, Pearl Jam and the like probably didn't put suing WCW for doing knockoffs of their songs at the top of their list of priorities. I can't exactly see Kurt Cobain watching DDP stroll out through the curtain to Self High Five and thinking 'those f***ers owe me money'.

I honestly like the riff in Raven's theme much better than the one in the song it was "borrowed" from.

As he was dead for two years in '96 you are probably correct.... anyway I vote for the Come as you are theme... as it's the one that sounds least like a blatant rip off... I really really hate blatant rip off themes Especially when it's a riff that's as iconic as Smells like Teen Spirit.

it is surprising WCW were allowed to keep these themes.
It's true Grohl & Novoselic probably wouldn't of minded, but it's also true they would never do anything to offend Kurts legacy, (The statue in Aberdeen saga as point,) so who knows if anything actually would of came of it if, if the themes had lasted into DDPs WWE days, and if Raven had stayed in WCW.
I think DDPs suited him perfectly, although he was more of a rocker, free bird character than the grungey type Raven so I'd have to pick their version of Come as You Are as the best out of the three.
Jerichos version of Pearl Jams song just sounds like a normal wrestling theme, and could've been anyone lol
