Discuss. Or don't. But Conan's on, if that helps.

I'm watching it now actually. I can't wait to see the awkwardness of Conan and Jay in the same room. I've always had the feeling that Jay Leno really didn't like Conan very much.

I don't like Leno that much, but you have to admit, this is television history.

The only thing I like about Leno is the typos...
Other than that, I prefer Letterman.

Conan's been on Leno a few times in the past and Jay was on Conan when they were in LA once. And I've never seen any awkwardness between them. They seem to get along fine.

Watching the Jaywalking bit reminded me how much I miss Street Smarts.
Can't wait to see Conan. Really excited for that.

I like Jay. Practically grew up watching him on the Tonight Show. I watched Johnny too but I was kinda too young to appreciate him until later on when the original Family Channel reran his old shows in the mid to late 90s. But I like and grew up on Conan too so I'm interested to see how he'll hold up with a different audience.
Looking forward to Jay's new show as well.

Ditto on all points, except for catching the Carson reruns since they've never aired them in Canada.

Yeah, I was totally surprised myself. I remember when Jay announced Conan as his replacement, it was hellua awkward. They seem really chummy now, and I eat all of words or preconceived notions based on how I thought they would react.

Letterman's top 10 lists are funny (used to have books of them) but the rest.... meh.
Used to like him interviewing that chinese shop owner, don't know if he still does that.

That's cool. Different strokes, ya know. *insert Gary Coleman pic here* Letterman at NBC was lotsa fun when I was a kid.

I think they get along. For years Conan has said how Leno always says "Stay tuned for Conan" when contractually, he doesn't have to.
I can't imagine any small bit of animosity they might have is anything personal. It's a business and a cutthroat one at that (ask Letterman).

That was a good way to end Leno's run with all those kids.
