I absolutly LOVE the music in "Last of the Mohicans" but only really like the end of the movie.
Also, the new Transformer movie had a pretty cool score, but the movie itself was a dud. (For me anyway)

Judgment Night. An awesome mix of '90s alt-rock and hip-hop. Good times.
Was not impressed by the movie, though.

I think it's a shame that Elmer Bernstein's gorgeous main theme was wasted on such an abysmal movie.

Batman & Robin: LOUSY!!! movie, pretty good soundtrack though. That was the soundtrack where the Smashing Pumpkin song used for the WATCHMEN trailer was 1st released, IIRC, so the man's got a very good case.

"Batman and Robin" and "The Punisher" come to mind. Although I didn't mind "The Punisher".

Both of Tim Burton's Batman movies, but particularly the first one. I honestly don't believe Batman '89 would be remembered half as fondly had it not been for the music.

Empire Records and Singles come to mind. Singles in particular. That movie has not aged well but the soundtrack is timeless. Well, it's early 90's grunge rock but it holds up a lot better than the movie.

The music in the The Crow is freaking awesome. Both the actual movie music, and the Soundtrack.
The movie is good too, but I think the music is better.
Pair of songs I love:

XXX. Sweet soundtrack. Lame movie. The Rammstein performance at the beginning is by far the best scene in the movie. After that, any scene with Asia Argento. I love Asia Argento.
See No Evil also had an awesome soundtrack featuring Rammstein.

Batman Forever & Dangerous Minds both had killer soundtracks for their time.

The Crow: City of Angels. I wasn't that into the film but the soundtrack was great. White Zombie, Filter, PJ Harvey, The Gravediggers featuring Tricky, The Toadies, Deftones, Korn, and Iggy Pop? Good stuff.
