Nicest was Gary Cole. I met him out in LA a couple of years ago. He was doing the voice of Birdman at the time and I was/am in love with that show. He signed some autographs and talked to me for about 20 minutes. He said it was nice to talk to a fan NOT obsessed with Office Space. real personable guy Rudest was Shawn Michaels about 12-13 years ago. he was coming out of a house show and my dad and I had waited for hours to get a chance to get an autograph. We approached him and asked for one. Shawn looked at my dad and said "No. Now take your fat little kid away from me." Only thing that kept Dad from attacking him was Nash, who was awesome. He apologized for Shawn, leaned down, gave me a hug and took a picture with me. Nash saved that experience for me. See Stryker - Nash is good people. The nicest celeb I've met is Ultimate Warrior. Took the time to chat, as my name etc. Customised autographs in a colour of your choice. Let me have additional pictures for free as oppsed to the single pic/combo I'd paid for.

I've heard good things about Nash. The father of a friend of mine from high school owns a restatraunt and they have the obigatory "wall of fam"/"celeberties that eat here" thing Of course being Daytona, there's a bunch of NASCAR folk. It's a few miles down from where WCW had BASH @ THE BEACH and every year Nash sends a new pic (For all I know he eats there more now that he's with TNA)
One I forgot to add: Ric Flair. Total class act. Was at a book signing in Wal*Mart. You got a pic for $1 (went to charity) most of the pics was you shaking hands with him at the desk (the idiot that took the pic, took one of the floor when i was up). Anyway, the kid in front of me had down syndrome and Flair got up from the desk and took a pic with him and his family. Dude behind me was in a wheel chair with a broken leg, Flair did the same thing for that guy. Might have been the otehr way around, but I thought that was classy as hell

Oh god!!! A MARK!??!?!! If there's one thing we hate, its wrestling fans that don't listen to backstage stories and just enjoy wrestling because of wrestling!!!!! I suggest you read a few more of my posts before you start lumping me in with that crowd. Fer Chrissakes, I even defend Hulk Hogan in most threads about him. I don't mean 'mark' as in 'enjoys wrestling.' I love wrestling. I've been a fan of Jericho's for more than a decade, and I wanted to show him that appreciation by referencing some of his older work - something which most celebrities seem to appreciate in my own experience and based on other people's stories - but instead I looked like I'd just read the damn book in the queue.

Awesome Kong was.. well awesome. Very upbeat, friendly and overall an absolute gem.
Also Matt Morgan, the Beautiful People and Jay Lethal were very nice to me.
Alex Shelly and especially Scott Steiner on the other hand acted like i didn't exist, and if i did then i didn't deserve their time.
(Kurt Angle and Sheik Abdul Bashir were also a little rude, talking between them for the entire signing, but at least acknowledged people when they asked for an autograph)

I met Christopher Reeve when I was a kid and he was in Montreal doing a movie. Being a dumb kid I went to him and proceeded to ask him about Superman and when's the next one coming out....a real fanboy kid.
He was very polite and talked to me. He was a really decent guy.

I met several members of Parliament-Funkadelic. P-Nut was the only one who didn't see to talkative, but he had two very lovely ladies on his arms so I don't blame him. George was wasted and I being the uber-super fan was all tongue-tied. I did get a picture with him though.
I met Money B from Digital Underground. He was cool, but not very talkative either.

I'd be disapointed if I met George Clinton and he wasn't wasted. Was Bootsy cool?

The nicest celebs I've met have been Royal Family members. Considering I loathe the Royals, it pains me to admit. I met loads of celebs in my old job (Cinema Manager) and most of them were actually pretty down to earth. Kenneth Branagh and Brendan Fraser were both nice. The same for Sam Torrance, Lawrence Dallaglio and the England Rugby team who used to come in regularly during tournaments. But I have to make mention of Bruce Forsyth who I sold a ticket to and he asked for Senior Discount. He asked me if I wanted to see his ID to prove his age and I said "no, it's fine" to which he replied "you cheeky bugger, are you saying I'm old". I replied "it was in all the papers last week that you has turned 75". He just laughed and walked off (greeted by several drunks shouting out his catchphrases, to which he played along with).
Rudest celebs would be Lenny Henry (crap British "comedian"). He left his organiser behind in the screen, we never knew it was his until we opened it to see if there were contact details and we found several numbers and addresses of other celebrities. We kept it safe in the Office and he turned up 5 minutes later to collect it and never even said thank you. He also had an argument with one of the Staff and he used the immortal "Do you know who I am?" line, to which the Staff Member replied "didn't you used to be funny". Another tosser is Chesney Hawkes (Actor in awful film "Buddy's Song" and singer of one-hit "The One and Only". He walked out of a film and was generally rude to the people working. He claimed the film was the "worst he had ever seen", I replied "You haven't seen Buddy's Song then?". He then gave me some abuse and my Manager at the time (who hated him) came out and told him to f*** off.

This is a story about someone else's encounter rather than mine, but I feel it's a nice story and the guy deserves it heard.
A lady that used to work with my mom's son contracted cancer- I think leukemia, at age four or five. This was around the time that Win Ben Stein's Money aired, and for whatever reason that was the kid's favorite show. The little boy's aunt wrote Ben a letter, and the man went above and beyond actually flying out to meet the lil guy, bringing some presents etc as well. They said when the little boy saw Stein, he was beaming from ear to ear and yelling " Ben Stein, Ben Stein!" Ben hugged him and from what I understand stayed and talked with them for awhile.
I always thought the guy was cool, but that shot my respect level up for him like a hundredfold.

Mrs. Schlapowitz swears up and down that she caught Mickie James making eyes at me during an autograph signing we went to. I'd say that put's her in the "nicest" category.

Matt Hardy was very very nice. So was Jerry Lawler. Grand Master Sexay was a huge jerk in real life. I used to like him, but after I met him and was around him, naah.... He was nice to me when I wrote him an email as a kid, but that wasn't in person, so who knows? I'm just surprised he was nice, it had to be the lamest email ever. I was like 13, so I think I asked if him and Scotty played video games with Rikishi. He said yes, and some other stuff I don't remember. I'm still surprised he wrote me back, this was at the HEIGHT of their popularity in 2000 or so. They might of even still been tag champs. By the way, anyone else kind of hoping this would be loaded with stories of celebrities being jerks? I won't be satisfied until I hear Jeremy Irons stole some kid's hat. Yea, I was totally taken back by the way he was acting when we saw him. It was at a small town in Mississippi, and he and Matt were doing a show for King. And all of the people (ALL of the people) were flocking after Matt wanting his autograph, and NOBODY was going up to GMS. And we just assumed that's what triggered his "episode." It was sad, really.

All the celebrities i've met were really nice, well except one I guess.
Music: Corey Taylor (Slipknot, Stone Sour)... Awesome Guy, looked me in the face and had a conversation with me (instead of giving me an autograph and having me move on). Thanked me for coming to the show. Jared Leto.... totally stuck up, egotistical jerkoff.
MMA: (I met a lot of them at the Arnold Classic) Brock Lesnar... really nice guy. I joked around with him and he was totally down to earth Shawn Sherk... once again, really nice guy Uriah Faber (can't spell it)... same as above Randy Couture... same as above Dana White... Really nice actually, talked to me for a few minutes even though he was really busy with getting things ready for that ppv Stephen Bonnar... Nice, but he didn't seem all there Andre Arloski... He doesn't speak english well, but he let us come take a picture with him Rich Franklin... Awesome guy. He's one of my favorites so this was a great experience for me.
