At WrestleMania, who should win this match? I think it could go either way:
Triple H can win and avenge his fallen family members, but... that would kill Orton's momentum (some will say he has already lost it but remember we have two weeks of build-up left).
Orton could win it therefore completing the build-up but it could not happen if this is THE main event at Mania (I think it will be) I just can't see the heel walk out of the super main event at Mania with the strap.

Orton needs the win but, I don't see it occurring. I'd drag it out until Judgment Day or so by having Trips make a mistake because he want to hurt Orton and not win but, I just don't see it happening.

Sad thing is, I kind of want to see Triple H win and I've been the biggest Triple H critic for the past two years.

Orton has to win. They're in such a weird spot, because going in to a match like this you'd think Orton was the Champion and HHH was the challenger hunting him down. But after HHH cut that promo a few weeks back about Orton being nothing, being a coward, and not being on HHH's level .... if he doesn't win then .... guess HHH is right! Orton is nothing, we should never care, and he can just fade in to nothing. Why care about someone proven to be an absolute loser? The build here is Orton or bust.

Orton needs the win to save any shred of credibility he has left

Either they build the heel up by giving him the big win, or they completely destroy his credibility by having everything the face has said about him proved right.
I feel that this is an occasion where Orton is actually going to go over, though. But I very much doubt it will be anything remotely resembling a clean finish.

If I only started watching now, I'd think HHH was the heel and Orton was the face, and I'd tune in to see Orton win. Not quite what WWE wanted, you'd think.

I think Orton will win. Randy will get his comeuppance, just not at WrestleMania.

So far this reminds me of the Booker T. feud.
So I would not be surprised if HHH Pedigrees Orton at Mania then poses for 30 seconds before covering him and winning.

If WWE is smart, they'll put Orton over huge and create a new mega-star. It's Orton's time now, not HHH's. That ship, while still sturdy and reliable, has sailed. That said, this match is really a litmus test of WWE's stubbornness of not letting go of tired status quos for the sake of good business. Hopefully, they surprise me and do the right thing and put the guy over who needs it more, Orton. (The fact HHH has put over a lot of people at Mania does give me hope. The fact he's always squashed Orton when it mattered, however, does not. We'll just have to hope for the best. Orton has to win, or they're fools.).

I think either way, with it being a no DQ match it is going to be a brutal match. I'd like to say Orton is going to go over in this one, but I just don't know.
I'm a little afraid though that we might see a swerve with one of the McMahons (Shane or Steph) helping Orton win. My guess is Shane comes in and helps Orton win (I know, I know he and Orton had a brutal match at NWO, but remember this is the WWE) and uses this to start "McMahon vs McMahon for control of the company" feud number 5,891.
Shane could say he doesn't like Orton, but he has to do it. He was the one who is supposed to take control of the family bidness, but now he's worried Triple H will use his family connection to take over when Vince retires or something like that.

I would say Orton but, I don't think it really matter as long as Orton looks really good in it. Also we should just start a bitch thread now, if Triple H wins. Guy hasn't won at Mania in years and every bitches.

I see Vince screwing Orton out of the title at WM, for punting him.

If Orton doesn't win, you can kiss a good deal momentum, and the entire Legacy angle goodbye.
A win would not only bring Orton to the forefront as WWE's top heel, but also stand as a fitting end storyline-wise, to his expulsion and redemption from Evolution.
Then perhaps Batista could enter the fray as a wild card in the Spring/Summer.
And hell, a double turn is also never out of the question with these two either.

I see Vince being the McMahon to screw Triple H since in the past with the DX stuff he doesn't like the guy at all and it makes sense for him to ally himself with Orton. He's done it with his enemies before

As much as I hate to admit this Orton should be the one going over to get his momentum back since Orton is their current flavour of the month. I feel he's lost it the past few weeks. However if this match closes the show I can't see Orton winning being they like the fans to go home happy, also Trips is supposed to be avenging his family coupled with the fact he's hasn't won a match at Mania in god knows how long.
TBH an Orton title reign does nothing for me the dude is just plain boring most of the time.
