Personally I want another oddworld game. I loved Oddworld. I was so disappointed when they said they were stopping before they finished. They're supposed to be making another game and a bunch of other stuff, including a film on it. I just hope the games at least go multi-platform instead of being X-Box exclusives. Ah cool, it's been so long since I heard anything I thought it was going to be another Duke Nukem forever. I really wanted the hand of odd to be released, an Oddworld RTS would have been great.

I'd like a real direct sequel to Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars maybe on DS, or at least a port to the DS (and not changed with dumb sound effects added and dialogue changed, a real port)

You know what I'd like to see more of? I want more classic 2D games to be given the Bionic Commando: Rearmed treatment. This means taking the game, tweaking the gameplay a LITTLE and updating the graphics to the new standards, but otherwise keep the levels the same.
For example, I can't be the only one who wants to see Super Mario Bros, Super Mario Bros 2, and Super Mario Bros 3(and maybe even Super Mario World) redone with the graphics of NEW Super Mario Bros.
Or maybe the first three Sonic titles done in the graphical style of Sonic Rush?

The Paper Mario series has been great, but that pales in comparison to how great a true SMRPG sequel would be.
