i'm an inverted kind of guy. my roommate however is not and always changes it when ever he plays any FSP on my PS3, which would piss me off every time i started a game online and forgot to change the look. for a while he stopped play my PS3 and all was well. so imagine my frustration today when i start playing one-on-one in COD4 and i see the guy right in front of me, getting ready to shoot him, press the sight, my gun does a nose dive into the grass, and the other guy lights me up like a christmas tree
(another annoying thing my roommate does in COD4 is change my weapon layout, which i have set up for specific game plays, and i get my ass kicked because i'm forced to use weapons i don't normally use because they suck)

I wish more games saved your control settings via a profile of some sort.

I can go either way. Most of my friends hate the invert and act like it's the worst thing that's ever happened in the history of mankind when they encounter a game with that setup. It's comical.

I used to prefer inverted, but I've gradually grown accustomed to normal. The normal setup feels much more natural to me now.

I cannot do normal at all. I blame it on Goldeneye. I'm 100% always inverted.

Normal only, and even more specific, the game has to have either the Call of Duty or Halo control set-up, or I can't play it.
One of the major reasons I suck ass at Rainbow Six: Vegas and Vegas 2.

I can handle both fairly easily. It all just depends on what game I play.

I've used both, and normal Y-axis works so much better for me.
