A familiar subject, but always a fun one.
I'll go with: 1. The WWF tag teams of the 1980s -- 3 discs 2. Dynamite Kid (Stampede, Japan, WWF) 3. Bobby Heenan

1) The Best of Jerry Lawler. He may have booked himself as the champ for too long, but the Memphis territory NEEDS to be recognized as one of the greatest of all time. A TON of great wrestlers stopped by there on their way to the WWF, and a TON of great matches happened in that ring.
2) Sting: The Greatest Wrestler Ever [glow=red,2,300]NEVER[/glow] To Set Foot In A WWE Ring.
3) The Legends of ECW. I'd love to see this as a series, with two or three wrestlers getting put into a 2-disc set... Raven/Dreamer, Taz/Sabu, etc., but that's not likely (but I can dream, can't I?).

When he retires, a 4-disc Undertaker retrospective, with a LONG, kayfabe free documentary, and his handpicked best matches.
Also, a real DVD treatment for Jericho.

Why only tag teams of the 80's?
Both the WWE & IC title got complete history of dvds. The World tag titles should get the same & have the fans vote on this one as well for what matches are on the dvd.

Funaki: The Complete DVD
I really, really want to hear a long interview from Funaki. He's been there so long, I'm sure he has stories.

1. Bam Neely: The Ultimate Collection 2. December to Dismember Anthology Set 3. The History of the Divas Title
In all seriousness... 1. Chris Jericho 2. Greatest Tag Teams 3. Best of WCW
I think 2 and 3 are actually happening soon so, to replace those, Kurt Angle and actual years of Raw like every Raw from 1993 in one set, then 1994 in another and so on.

Bobby Heenan A WWF/E evolution setThe complete 5 disc history of the WWE, spanning from the name change in 1979 straight through to perhaps Wrestlemania 24. Inclusive with everyone from Backlund, Sheik, Sammartino, Bobby Heenan, Jesse Ventura, Jake, Bret Hart, 'Taker, HBK, Rock, Austin, Vince, Flair, Cena.. aswell as people who were there. I'd like a massive documentary of the WWE inclusive, aswell as matches. They could span it from Wrestlemania to Wrestlemania, have each disc of decent length with a set of matches come out every 2 and a half months or so, and then bring out the boxset eventually. History of WCW/nWo, & as someone else implied, a Sting boxset.

I would say the Survivor Series anthology but that's pretty much a given that it'll be out this year. So....
The Rise and Fall of WCW. History of the WWWF, WWF and WWE. And a Ted DiBiase dvd.

A TON of great wrestlers stopped by there on their way to the WWF, and a TON of great matches happened in that ring. I've heard the hold-up on this one is that Lawler owns all the footage, Vince wants to buy it outright and Jerry either doesn't want to sell and/or is just sitting on this gold mine, as it's pretty much the last major US wrestling footage Vince doesn't own.... Which sucks because that means we're missing out on Andy Kaufman AND the 1994 debut of the Mr McMahon persona....

Tag titles is a separate (and inferior) concept to me, because the set would be spread over history, which includes the godawful early '90s for tag wrestling. That would mean only one disc for the '80s, when there were great teams everywhere -- many of which weren't prominent in the title picture. Also, consider that tag matches can be longer, which means fewer of them making the cut for a set. They'll make this for sure -- but I probably won't buy it. What I want are 3 discs of Hart Foundation, Bulldogs, Killer Bees, Fabulous Rougeaus, Islanders, Demolition, Can-Ams, Orton-Muraco, etc.
