i didn't really have a bad opinion of him to start, but i met mikey whipwreck, and spanish angel after an ECW show here in columbus... both guys were super cool. some kid was talking a bunch of trash about kurt angle, and whipwreck countered with "oh, come on. you know kurt angle would stretch all of us in a real fight!"

When I met Nash at wwe new york(billy gun and spike were there as well.....but f*** them), he was a great guy, contrary to everyone saying he is a dick, I was at the bar (of course) watching raw and he came and sat down next to me and got a Bud, then said the show sucked (it was the first ever draft raw) I was all drunk and told him how great he was, and he agreed. I hated nash until that day,he was a good guy and sat and had a beer until all the damn marks came and asked him for autographs, then he left.

As an autograph getter HHH is terrible. I have never heard many stories of him being supercool.
Someone brought up Waltman, but I can tell you Waltman is usually rude. I heard people say they have smoke weed with him, but all my experiences have been bad

I didn't like Coach until he crossed security lines to sign autographs for a bunch of us waiting around back after a RAW. Super nice guy. Security was telling him not to cross the line and he said "I'm a grown man, I can take care of myself"

One time me and a bunch of people went outside the building after the main event(WWE Champion Brock Lesnar beat John Cena, it was in May 2003), and we all went to all the wrestler's cars. We were all looking for autographs, though a lot of people were being assholes. No one came over and gave us autographs except for Shelton Benjiman, who signed a bunch of autographs before heading out. He didn't make it to me and my friends though. They had Raw the next day in Halifax to get to as well, so I guess they had to leave. Chuck Palumbo and Chris Benoit also waved to us.
The best part was when Chavo Guerrero was there, and he was talking on his cell phone. So he looks at the crowd(there was about 30 or more of us, but I was with only a couple of friends), and holds his cell in the air, so we start chanting Chavo's name for whoever's on the phone with him.
I heard about Rico probably being the nicest guy in real life. Anyone have any Rico stories?

A little over a month ago, I met Kane and he was a really nice guy. He shook hands and talked to everybody who was there to get his autograph.

That is soooo funny. I can picture Nash sitting there just taking it all in. I bet he was laughing histerically.

Lets not forget about Batista who, from that famous story seems like the classiest guy on earth. When I met Batista he was a total jerk. I brought my little brother and girlfriend to an autograph signing a month ago, he didn't say one word to my 5 year old brother, who was attempting to talk to Batista BTW, and when my girlfriend asked him to take his glasses off for a picture, Batista gave her a look like "You're f***in kiddin me right?" He may be a class act to military folks, but to me, my gf, and my bro he was a total dickhead.

About the "Batista meets military people" story,
I can't say if it's true or not, but it's a pretty generic story. I've heard DOZENS of "famous person buys serviceman dinner" or things to that effect since the war started.
They all go pretty much the same as the Batista one. I don't think all of them are true.

Well one time at an autograph signing I asked Batista how his wife was doing, and he gave me a very sincere look and we got into a five minute conversation. I told him to tell her that I hoped she got better, and he had this really thankful look in his eyes when he said thanks.
Part of the reason Batista can be a d*** sometimes probably has to do with his wife being seriously sick at one point, I think.

A long time ago I met Sunny and Goldust at an autograph signing at a local mall. They were extremely nice. They saw a guy in a wheel chair stuck in the middle of the line - they ask to have him move to the front. They took pictures with him (while for others they could only look at pictures OF them). Dustin was very funny and cool to speak to. He was semi-in character as he was wearing a bright pink cast. I recall the guy in front of me saying "Goldust can you sign this figure...if you wheeeeel?" Dustin's reply was, "Who the hell talks like that?"

I met Flair backstage before a match when i was like 5. I remember thinking his wife was beautiful. He was a totally classy guy, and was really nice to me (which is weird, cuz this was kayfabe days and he was playing a heel on TV). I have the picture somewhere and im gonna scan it sometime soon for my sig.
Suprisingly, New Jack singled my little brother out and signed a program, saying " I see you little man, you little, but i see ya". Asside from the homicides, hes a nice guy.
I met a buttload of indi guys at an ROH show. Justin Credible, the Briscoes and Samoa Joe were all really nice, and Sonjay Dutt and CM Punk (who I am still a fan of regardless) were kinda jerky.

Rico is awesome. I am an autograph collector (I am going up to Columbus in a week or so to get some WWE guys) and Rico, when he was in the E was one of the top auto signers
In fact at one show he came over 3 times (twice before the show and once after)
As for Batista I have been hearing more bad stuff recenly about him cussing at little kids and being rude. He has always been nice to me, but it has been over a year since I got him last

I think some wrestlers (Ric Flair and Triple H for sure) have this "old school" mentality where if they are a heel, they act like jerks with fans on purpose so they'll get more heat.
