I walked the six blocks from campus to my house.
I then went out for tacos. They were quite tasty.

LOL. I seldom get caught like that. I'm the type that'll go an hour out of my way to avoid sitting for twenty minutes. Sometimes they'll seize a "chokepoint" though.

I actually ended up doing something like that. It didn't work out, obviously. If only you had the flying car. I actually had one of those rare "Hey...I pretty much drive a rally car, and there's an open clearing down there...I bet I can clear this curb." to the point that I was making equations on whether or not I could make it up, over, down, and through. Barbed wire fence was ultimately the answer. |

I actually ended up doing something like that. It didn't work out, obviously. Just adds to your driver "moveset." If I deviate from a clogged interstate or something, I like to decide what the most logical detour is and then do something completely different. You have to outmaneuver the other flakes. |

I know what you're going through. My commute home is usually 15 minutes. Today, it was about 18. It was awful.

I walked from the pub to the takeaway back home. Took me about 40 minutes for a 2 mile journey, including the time I spent waiting for food.
S'cold out at 1am.
