Can you get cramps on your back? Just a few seconds ago my lower back felt kinda funny, then it kinda went numb and my vision got all fuzzy for about a second or two...

Sure you can. I get pains in my lower back all the time. I was kinda hoping this would be about the band though.

It means you're entering the Avatar State. Okay, I don't actually know what it is.

It can happen, but get it checked out if it feels "more then pain".
I know that sounds weird, but I had a blood clot that was found in my back because I had a couple cramps that felt like they crossed the line.

Mostly being numb, which I guess is part of my spine slowly getting more rigid each day-thing. In any case, I'm going to the doctor this month for my regular check-up-thing, so I guess I'll ask about it.

There you go. If you're going to the doctor anyway, it definitely wouldn't hurt to ask.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say thats not a cramp. A cramp is a cramp ... but numbness and fuzzy vision ... that ain't right. I'd get it checked out ASAP. My mom has had two back surgeries and the last one, she started having numbness in her leg because a disc was pushing on a nerve. The doctors said that if she had waited another few weeks the numbness could be permanent. If it happens multiple times during the week, get it checked out quickly.

if there's a muscle there, you can get a cramp, I believe. Back included.
